Sleep?

In all of the stress of last week and this week, it is difficult to lay down at night and relax enough to fall asleep.
So, I have developed a routine the last few nights that allows me to relax, breathe easy, and drift to sleep.

I listen to this. Works every time.
If there was one person I would want to sing me lullabies, it's Ingrid.

If there were two people you would want to sing you lullabies, it's ME and Ingrid.

By the way, I find it ironic that the song "Morning Lullabies" puts you to sleep. Shouldn't it have the opposite effect?

Or is it extremely fitting because you don't go to bed til the morning because you're up so late?
